Meet my beautiful daughter Clare, a truly kind, caring and gentle soul.
She cares for wildlife through WIRES and the animals are in crisis!
Thousands have been killed, injured and orphaned during these terrible bushfires; wildlife rescuers are doing their best but once they’ve tended to their burns and injuries, there is nowhere to release them - their usual release sites have been devastated by the fires.
If you’re also feeling upset for our beautiful little animals and their suffering, but don’t know what to do – a donation or volunteering your time to WIRES would make a huge difference.
Also, if you know someone who has large acreage between Milton and Moruya, who might be interested in providing a safe release site for rescued wildlife, please contact WIRES; it would need to be long-term, a place they can live out their lives.
Here’s the link to Clare and the little orphaned Eastern Grey Joeys she’s been raising...
(She too is looking and hoping for a release site.)
