When you wax or shave on a ‘Barren Moon’, hair regrowth slows down and gradually thins out.
Here are Barren Moon dates for the winter season:
June: 25, 29, 30
July: 3, 4, 22, 23, 26, 27, 30,31
August: 23, 27, 31
